- HF and the Korean Senior Citizens' Association sign an agreement for the 'Silver Happiness Group Home’ project

□ Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) remains dedicated to helping seniors living alone
avoid social isolation and psychological distress.

□ On the 21st, HF revealed that it has signed an agreement for the ‘Silver Happiness Group Home*’ project with
the Korean Senior Citizens' Association and the Office of Seongju-gun in Gyeongsangbuk-do.
  * The Silver Happiness Group Home is a type of communal home for seniors who live alone.

□ A communal residence to be built under the project will feature bedrooms, shower and laundry facilities, and
kitchens. Also, it will provide care services and assistance programs for residents during daytime hours.

□ An HF official said,“Concerns are growing about lonely seniors who end up suffering from depression or dying
alone. I hope that this group home will help them live together and socialize with each other in a comfortable
setting. HF will focus more on the elderly living in tough conditions and increase our assistance as part of our
   effort to improve senior housing.”

□ Since 2015 when HF signed an MOU with the Korean Senior Citizens' Association to improve the welfare of
those in their later years, HF has been working closely with the Association, providing support for its welfare
projects for senior citizens and carrying out a joint project to promote HF's JooTaekYeonKeum reverse
