“HF expands home loan assistance for low-income families”

HF · Central Self-Sufficiency Foundation sign a partnership agreement

□ Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) announced on March 11, 2016, that it signed a  
    memorandum of understanding with the Central Self-Sufficiency Foundation (CSSF, Executive Director Shim    
    Sung-Ji) and will work together with CSSF to expand home loan assistance for low-income families, such as    
    those receiving welfare payments under the National Basic Livelihood Protection Law and those in the next
    higher income tier.
 
□ HF and CSSF will work hand-in-hand to increase access to home loans for low-income earners, especially    
    through the promotion of a state-sponsored jeonse loan and information sharing <see the image below>.

□ CSSF Executive Director Shim Sung-Ji said at the signing ceremony, “We will work closely with HF to help the
    economically disadvantaged live in a safe, decent home.”
 
□ Mr. Kim Sung-Soo, Managing Director of HF Guarantee Management Division said, “This partnership
    agreement is part of our efforts to implement the Government 3.0 initiative. Through open collaboration with
    CSSF, we will continue to provide greater access to loan guarantees for the disadvantaged who cannot afford
    to buy or rent a home.”
