"u-Bogeumjari Loan expands SMS information service"

- Offer customer-tailored services including interest rate information –

The Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) announced on October 4 that it would expand SMS information services for the customers of "u-Bogeumjari loan (interest rate planning type)" from this month.

* Interest rate planning type: the product applied variable rates pegged to CD or COFIX in the first one year and then switched to fixed rates.

This service informs customers of not only changes in interest rates but also a newly applied interest rate when they switch to a fixed-rate product and an amount of payment. The existing information service provided customers with only due date of payment.

Customers who want to get the service visit the website (www.hf.go.kr) and select and apply for types of service as they want.

"We decided to offer this service as a growing number of customers want to get the product-tailored information," said a HF official. "We will continue to expand ‘u-Bogeumjari loan’ customer services."
