- KHFC appoints Choi Buram as Goodwill Ambassador on March 8, 2010 -  

On March, 8, 2010, the Korea Housing Finance Corporation (KHFC, CEO Joo-jae Lim) announced the appointment of Choi Buram as KHFC’s goodwill ambassador.

Choi (see photo) is a leading Korean actor who has appeared in various Korean dramas. As goodwill ambassador, Choi will actively promote KHFC by appearing on TV and radio commercials, as well as attending special KHFC events.

“I am very pleased to be appointed as ambassador for KHFC, whose vision is to be a lifelong financial partner for the working class and to advance the housing finance sector in Korea by offering Bogeumjari and JTYK loans,” said Choi. “Through KHFC, I will do my best to contribute to the welfare of the people and their need for decent housing.”

“We expect that Choi Buram, who is a respected actor and father figure in Korea, will greatly contribute to promoting the significance of the JTYK reverse mortgage, which guarantees a stable economic outlook for seniors,” said a KHFC official.
