 While the supply of bogeumjari loans has stagnated, housing finance loans by financial companies are continuing to increase because the number of houses eligible for bogeumjari loans is decreasing as a result of the steady rise of house prices in the capital region, and financial companies focus their marketing activities on variable rate loan products.
