□ Mortgage Guarantee Product Launched

   On April 5, KHFC began offering its Mortgage Guarantee Product. It allows for higher lines  of credit on mortgage loans and quicker, more convenient provision of guarantees than the  current guarantee method, in which a mortgage loan guarantee is required.

   As guarantee screening fot individuals is currently performed, only KHFC's CSS and CB were applied in  parallel. In the future, guarantees may be also provided only with the CB of external credit  rating agencies (NICE and KIS).
