HF Opens Its West Busan Branch
- The new branch serves Sasang-gu, Saha-gu, Gangseo-gu, Buk-gu, and Seo-gu in Busan and Yangsan-si in Gyeongnam Province
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Lee Jung-Hwan) stated on the 19th that it opened its West Busan Branch Office at the Songwon Center Building in Gwaebeop-dong, Sasang-gu, Busan, and held an opening ceremony with HF President Lee Jung-Hwan; Kim Dae-Geun, Head of Sasang-gu Office; and officers from local financial institutions and the Korean Senior Citizens Association in attendance.
The new branch office serves five West Busan districts (Sasang-gu, Saha-gu, Gangseo-gu, Buk-gu, and Seo-gu) as well as Yangsan-si in Gyeongnam Province, offering ▲ Bogeumjari Loans, ▲ JooTaekYeonKeum (JTYK) reverse mortgages, ▲ credit guarantees for housing developers, ▲ credit guarantees for mid-installment loans for apartment subscribers, and ▲ credit guarantees for Jeonse loans.
An HF official said, “The new branch office will provide West Busan citizens easier access to our products. We are committed to getting closer to our customers, listening to their opinions, and minimizing any inconveniences.”
The new office opens with an improved layout that features a private area where customers can sit down with HF staff one-on-one for close consultations, ensuring a comfortable and pleasing work environment for HF staff.
With the new office open in West Busan, HF now has a total of 21 branch offices across the nation.
