HF Holds a Retirement Financing-Themed Korean Traditional Music Concert for Busan Citizens

- HF, jointly with Busan National Gugak Center, offers a lecture on retirement financing as well as cultural performances

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Lee Jung-Hwan) said on June 20, 2018, that it hosted a Korean traditional music concert together with Busan National Gugak Center. The concert, entitled ‘Retirement Financing-Themed Korean Traditional Music Concert for Busan Citizens,’ was held to help Busan citizens better prepare for their retirement years and also to promote the nation's traditional music.  

During the concert, Kim Gyeong-Rok, Director of Mirae Asset Retirement Research Institute, delivered a special lecture on how to finance retirement. After his lecture, Busan National Gugak Center staged a Sujecheon performance (Korean royal court music), a fan dance, an instrumental soloist performance, and other various performances.

An HF official said, “We held this event to help Busan citizens prepare and plan for their retirement and to offer them an opportunity to enjoy our traditional music. We will play a leading role in ensuring financially-stable retirement years for senior citizens and greater social welfare in our community.”
