□ HF is going to take part in improving the learning environments for middle- and high-school students in the Busan metropolitan area.

□ Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) announced on the 17th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Busan Metropolitan Education Office (Superintendent Seok-Jun Kim) for assistance to improve the education welfare for low-income students (see the image below).

□ According to the MOU, HF will provide financial assistance to help local schools run after-school facilities and low-income students buy their school uniform, joining the Busan Metropolitan Education Office's recent campaign to strengthen public education to eliminate the learning divide.

□ An HF official said, “We hope that our support can help erase the learning divide in economically disadvantaged areas. We will expand our scholarship program to support students from low-income families to pursue their studies and fulfill their dreams.”

□ HF also provided the same financial assistance last year for low-income students in the local community.
