- HF reserves 12% of recruitment for the handicapped and those rendering meritorious service and their bereaved family -

□ Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) is beginning its recruitment for the first half of
the year. In this year's recruitment, it will drop degree classification, such as college, GPA score, and other
academic background fields, from its application form as they are becoming less relevant.

□ HF stated on February 17, 2016 that it will hire 50 new college-graduate employees this year using open,
competency-based recruitment based on the National Competency Standard (NCS).

□ More specifically, it will hire 40 interns and 10 employees on a flexible work arrangement. It has set aside 35%
of the recruitment for those who are not from the Seoul metropolitan area and another 12% for the
handicapped and those rendering meritorious service and their bereaved family. HF will offer job opportunities
for high school graduates, who are not included in this recruitment, in the second half of the year.

□ HF will receive applications from February 17 to March 4, 2016, at its webpage (hf.career.co.kr), and the list of
the final selected candidates will be posted on the webpage.

□ An HF official said, “We expect that we will be able to recruittalent customized to our needs by eliminating the
academic background fields from the application form and following the NCS-based recruitment policy. This
will help us hire people based on the NCS basic skills and job competency test.“
