Customers who applied for a u-Bogeumjari loan are now able to check their loan application status in real-time.
The new service frees customers from the inconvenience of checking the status via phone.
The Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) announced on the 16th that customers
who applied for a u-Bogeumjari loan (including Didimdol loans) will be able to check their loan application
status from its website and mobile apps from the 21st.
HF also plans to expand customized services, including those using short message service (SMS).
Under the new service scheme, HF will send out a text message at every step of the loan application process,
and customers who applied for a loan can access information such as eligibility, required documents, step-by-step
precautions without their ID and password by clicking the link embedded in the message.
An HF official said of the new service, “Implemented as part of the Government 3.0 initiative, it aims to provide
more convenient financial services to customers through business process reengineering.” He also added,
“It will offer increased convenience to customers who applied for a u-Bogeumjari loan with a real-time
and at-a-glance view of their loan application status.”
