“ KHFC CEO Seo Jong-dae Delivers a Keynote Address at ECBC Plenary Session ”

- Introduces the Korean MBS and covered bonds markets and urges investment-

At the invitation by the European Covered Bond Council (ECBC), Korea Housing Finance Corporation (KHFC) CEO Seo Jong-dae attended its annual plenary meeting held in Rome on March 21 (local time) and delivered a keynote address. In his address, CEO Seo stated the outlook for the Korean housing finance market and urged investing in MBS and covered bonds issued by Korean financial institutions.

The latest plenary meeting was the 21st meeting and was attended by major participants in the covered bond market, including over 200 members of the ECBC and central banks, to exchange views on recent issues in the covered bond industry.

* The ECBC was established by European Mortgage Federation (EMF) in 2004 to advance the covered bond industry and raise international interests in covered bond.
