In celebration of its sixth anniversary on Wednesday, the Korea Housing Finance Corporation (KHFC, CEO Joo-jae Lim) held a ceremony attended by executives and staff to announce details on its new CI (corporate identity). During the ceremony, Lim revealed KHFC’s new CI, complete with a new corporate name and logo that captures its true purpose as a financial partner for life for the working class.

The new corporate name is HF (Housing and Finance) while the new logo features the letters H and F with a roof symbolizing shelter against rain and wind and forming a bridge to connect the two initials for Housing and Finance. The orange color represents the warmth and peace of home, while the green represents the idea of living together in harmony. In essence, it captures KHFC’s commitment to serving the people and fulfilling its public mission.

“The development of a new CI is the first step. It is a bridge between our work of the past six years and a bright and productive future,” said Lim. “I hope that we can better serve the people by improving the housing finance sector. This means setting ambitious goals and actively improving on institutions and practices.”
