Special Actions for Debt Relief

 KHFC decided to introduce special actions for debt relief, including debt relief for co-signatories, for a limited period until the end of June. The actions would help about 170,000 debtors rebuild their credit.

 The latest debt relief actions aim to assist debtors who do not have the capacity for immediate repayment, but have expressed a willingness to pay back their debts. As debts are reduced or repayment plans are rescheduled for such debtors, they will be able to carry out economic activities normally.

 With these special actions for debt relief, KHFC is expected to contribute greatly to restoring the credit of low-income debtors at an early stage and help them become home-owners. Going forward, it plans to expand its character as a public fund for the stabilization of the livelihood of low-income households.
