 Integrated Call Center Opened

 

 KHFC opened its new integrated call center in July after five months of efforts. Previously, there were independently operated call centers for each product/service.  With the opening of the integrated call center connecting computers and telephones via a high-tech system, customers can call a single number (1688-8114) from all around the country and make inquiries and listen to answers quickly and conveniently on products and services offered by KHFC, including bogeumjari loans, e-mortgage loans, housing finance credit guarantees, and student loans.  The CTI system also enables improved call quality as well as the accumulation of inquiry data for improved business processing.  The system is expected to do much to help improve customer service.
