□ KHFC Offers KRW 101.7 Billion in Bogeumjari Loans in March

   KHFC provided KRW 101.7 billion (1,468 loans) in bogeumjari loans in March. A total of KRW  270.7 billion in bogeumjari loans was provided for the first quarter of 2006.

   The volume of loans for March was little changed from February (KRW 102.2 billion (1,460  loans)) due to a slowdown in the housing market on anticipation of the planned pre-sales of  apartments in Pangyo and intense competition among financial institutions in issuance of  mortgage loans, which led to less demand for bogeumjari loans.
