HF Establishes KRW 40 Billion Shared-Growth Fund with BNK Busan Bank
- Supporting shared growth among SMEs and economic revitalization in the Busan–Ulsan–Gyeongnam region
Kor Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Kyung-Hwan) announced on May 13, 2026, that it held a signing ceremony for the “Shared-Growth Financial Support Agreement for Startups and Economic Revitalization” with BNK Busan Bank (President Kim Seong-Ju) at the bank's headquarters in Nam-gu, Busan. <photo attached>
The agreement aims to promote shared growth among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and to revitalize the economy in the Busan–Ulsan–Gyeongnam region. The two institutions will establish a shared-growth fund worth KRW 40 billion to ease the financing costs borne by competitive SMEs.
Eligible recipients include ▲ companies that create jobs, ▲ startups with proven technological capabilities, ▲ carbon-neutral partner companies, and ▲ companies contributing to technology transfer. Selected companies will receive up to KRW 700 million in support, with an interest-rate reduction of 1.60%p per year.

HF CEO Kim Kyung-Hwan said, “I hope this agreement will help create jobs and energize the economy in the Busan–Ulsan–Gyeongnam region,” adding, “HF will continue to pursue various forms of cooperation to expand shared-growth finance together with local communities.”
