HF Freezes Bogeumjari Loan Rate for November
- For preferential type, lowest rates would range between 2.95% and 3.25% as per maturity
The Korea Housing Finance Corporation(HF, CEO Kim Kyung Hwan) announced on October 29 that it retains the current annual interest rates for November on the Bogeumjari Loans, its long-term, fixed-rate, amortized mortgage loans.
ㅇ Accordingly, the interest rates of ‘Akkim-e’ Bogeumjari loans will maintain the range of 3.95 %(10-year maturity) and 4.25%(50-year maturity).
ㅇ In addition, low-income young adults, newlywed households and socially disadvantaged groups(households with the disabled or single-parent households) along with the victims of Jeonse frauds can benefit from additional rate discount up to 1.0%p, which sets the final interest rates between 2.95 %(10-year maturity) and 3.25%(50-year maturity).
