HF Freezes Bogeumjari Loan Rate for June

- For preferential type, lowest rates would range between 3.05% and 3.35% as per maturity

Korea Housing Finance Corporation(HF, CEO Choi Joon Woo) announced on May 29 that it retains the current annual interest rates for June on the Bogeumjari Loans, its long-term, fixed-rate, amortized mortgage loans.

ㅇ Accordingly, the interest rates of ‘Akkim-e’ Bogeumjari loans will maintain the range of 4.05 %(10-year maturity) and 4.35%(50-year maturity). 

ㅇ In addition, low-income young adults, newlywed households and socially disadvantaged groups(households with the disabled or single-parent households) along with the victims of Jeonse frauds can benefit from additional rate discount up to 1.0%p, which sets the final interest rates between 3.05 %(10-year maturity) and 3.35%(50-year maturity).
