Make a Prepayment of Didimdol Loan and Benefit from Fee Discount

- HF lowers the prepayment fees of Didimdol loans by 70%, from Feb 1 to June 30. 

Korea Housing Finance Corporation(HF, CEO Choi Joon Woo) announced on January 28 that it lowers the prepayment fees of Didimdol loans for the prepayment made between Feb 1 and June 30, 2022. 

Those who took out Didimdol Loans and make prepayment within three years of the loan origination date can benefit from the measure. 

With the measure, borrowers who make prepayment of the loan now have to pay only 30% of the previous prepayment fees.

The measure is adopted to induce more prepayment from Didimdol loan borrowers with surplus funds, thereby using the proceeds in providing more focused support for low income earners and end users.
