HF Takes the Lead in Maintaining Safety Facilities and Preserving Green Space

- HF forms MOU with Busanjin-gu for Mt. Baekyang Hiking Trail Maintenance 

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Lee Jung-Hwan) stated on August 13, 2019, that it reached a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Mt. Baekyang trail maintenance with Busanjin-gu (Director Seo Eun-Sook) at the Busanjin-gu District Office in Simingongwon-ro, Busan.   

The MOU is part of the “HF Busan Environment Safeguard Program” launched last November to preserve major green spaces and maintain safety facilities. Under the MOU, HF will expand safety and convenience facilities by installing safety staircases, information boards, and directional signs on hiking trails on Mt. Baekyang.

HF CEO Lee Jung-Hwan said, “We hope that with further maintenance work, more people can enjoy safe hiking. We will continue this project to safeguard the local natural environment and ensure the safety of local residents.”

HF has already completed hiking trail maintenance on Mt. Hwangryeong this spring. It also plans to add the finishing touches to its Mt. Jang maintenance project in Haeundae by this August and carry out a clean-up on Mt. Jang as well as a maintenance completion ceremony.
