□ Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Dong-A National University (President Han Seok-Jeong) for a joint industry-academia research project at the Seunghak Campus of the university in Nakdongdaero, Saha-gu, Busan on the 8th. <photo attached>

□ The two institutions selected 'analysis of macroeconomic effects of JooTaekYeonKeum (JTYK)' as their first research topic. The research findings will be utilized to prevent a hard landing of JTYK in the real estate market and reduce the poverty rate of the elderly.

□ An HF official said, "Collaboration between outstanding researchers of Dong-A University and our experts in housing finance will further develop the housing finance field and promote active utilization of JTYK."

□ HF signed an MOU with Changwon National University for a joint industry-academia research project in September.
