HF Conducts Cross-Audit on Recruitment Jointly with Korea Technology Finance Corporation
- The audit aims to ensure stronger transparency in its new-hire employment practices
Korea Housing Finance Corporation said on the 14th that it agreed to carry out a cross-audit on its ‘18 H2 recruitment together with Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) as part of their joint efforts to enhance transparency in their recruitment practices.
This decision came after the two institutions concluded a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the advancement of audit practices last July to share their audit capabilities.
Under the MOU, auditors from the other agency will be present throughout the written tests to be carried out to recruit new hires. They will also conduct an audit of ▲ the general security system in place to prevent any leak of test questions, ▲ the appropriateness of monitoring personnel assigned to each test site, and ▲ the appropriateness of follow-up measures to be taken in the event of an emergency.
HF Auditor Lee Dong-Yoon and KIBO Auditor Park Se-Gyu both agreed that the cross-audits will serve as an excellent opportunity to improve transparency in public-sector employment.
